28 Days Returns

Purchases made via our website are subject to the 'distance selling regulations', because you cannot see or try on the actual goods your are purchasing. Many sites limit the returns window to just 7 days, but at mastershoe-myshu we allow you 28 days to change your mind without obligation. Please note that the returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition i.e. exactly as supplied. You are responsible for the postage costs of the return.

We do not operate an exchange service. Upon receipt of your returned goods we will refund your account, enabling you to place a new order for the required size/style. You will need to post the shoes back to us with the completed returns form, which can be found HERE. On receipt of the shoes your account will be refunded the same day.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

'Face to face' purchases at our high street stores are not subject to the distance selling regulations as above.
