DC have evolved during the years and have managed to promote their brand on near enough everything. Originally standing for 'Droors Clothing', DC changed this when Droors Clothing was sold. Selling branded merchandise alongside their shoes, clothes and sports equipment, DC have sponsored many famous sport's heroes and recently associated with 'Monster Energy Drink'. In 2004, Quiksilver purchased DC for a whopping 55 million pounds and now sits within the same corporation as Roxy. 2010 saw DC launching their life collection featuring art, fashion and music inspired DC Shoes.
