Aetrex are recognised as the number one orthotic on the market today and is recommended by doctors worldwide, they have been created specifically for comfort, support and weight distribution.  The Dress L520 Series Lynco are a posted/neutral orthotic and recommended for feet with a flat or low arch.  The back of the insole is posted which controls over pronation and balances the rear of the foot, whilst the forefoot is neutral, without a metatarsal support which is only need for feet that suffer discomfort on the balls at the front.  All of the Aetrex orthotics are tri-density, featuring a moulded Pedic-core which will support your arch and give maximum comfort, the Dress 520 Series Lynco has a full grain leather top cover for extra cushioning and comfort, they have been designed to cushion your feet, for shock absorption and to fit comfortably in most shoes.  Please Note the size stated on the Lynco box is the US size.
