28 Days Returns
At mastershoe-myshu.co.uk - we offer a 28 day, no hassle returns policy.
All we ask is that the shoes are returned in an unworn, as new
condition with your packing slip. i.e. as they were sent out.
We understand the cost of returns can be quite high and therefore we do
offer a returns service at a cost of £3.99 per pair from a UK Mainland
address only. To take advantage of this service simply send us an email
requesting a returns label including information of your order number.
We will then email you a pre paid returns label which you will need to
print and attach to your parcel. Take your parcel to any Post Office,
remembering to obtain a Proof of Postage receipt as this enables us to
trace your return. You must retain this until the item is refunded to
your account. Once your return has arrived with us your account will be
refunded minus the £3.99 return postage charge, returns are normally
refunded within 24 hours of receipt.
