Delivery Charges

We use a Royal Mail tracked and signed-for service for all UK orders. Our standard delivery is FREE for any orders within the UK and generally takes 2-3 business days. We are happy to deliver to your work or home address, simply specify at checkout.

We also offer a Next Working Day service for 6.49 on all items for delivery within the UK. Orders must be placed before 2pm. Next Working Day orders are delivered (Mon - Fri). If you place your order before 2pm on the Friday, they will be delivered on the following Monday, any orders placed after 2pm on the Friday or over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.

PLEASE NOTE: Bank Holidays are not treated as a working day

WHAT COUNTRIES ARE LOCATED IN WESTERN EUROPE?

'Western Europe' includes: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France (inc. Corsica and Monaco), Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland (republic), Italy (inc. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway (inc. Spitzbergen), Portugal (inc. The Azores, and Madeira), Poland, Spain (inc. Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland (inc. Liechtenstein).

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

UK Destinations:

Delivery to UK addresses usually 2-3 business days. However Royal Mail state to allow up to 15 business days. Delivery times may take longer if your delivery address in in a remote area of the UK.

International Destinations:

We use DHL express for most international deliveries. This is a tracked and signed for service and is normally with the customer in under 7 working days from placing the order. Sometimes as quick as 2-3.

However, if you live in a remote area we will have to use Royal Mail airmail tracked and signed for. This service normally delivers within 10/14 working days.

All carriers do allow up to 28 working days to deliver internationally but this is only to cover such things as extreme weather/strikes etc. and in 99.9% of the cases the items are delivered in the above timescales.

Customers are reminded that they are responsible for all import duties/taxes.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER DOESN'T TURN UP?

In the unlikely event your parcel is mislaid, please contact us for a tracking number. Where your order is stated as delivered, but has not been, we will contact Royal Mail to open an investigation. This can take up to 10 days and will involve their interviewing the delivery driver/postman.

When an order is sent via Royal Mail International Signed For, the parcel is handled by the destination countries postal company. This means Royal Mails tracking information is reliant on the international postal company communicating the status of the shipment. Where the tracking information doesn't confirm the item has been delivered, we must enter a claim with Royal Mail to confirm the status of the parcel. In these rare cases, we are unable to refund an order until Royal Mail have concluded there investigation one way or the other. This may take up to 90 working days.
