The Refuge Core Mid from Merrell's Multi Sport range features a nubuck and suede upper combined with a breathable fleece lining for warmth and comfort. The upper has a Strobel construction which gives extra flexibility and comfort for the foot and also features a bellows tongue which keeps debris out of the shoe that can be easily picked up whilst walking.  The abrasion resistant heel and toe caps and an Ortholite anatomical footbed provide your feet with protection and comfort. The sole unit has a compression moulded EVA foot frame which combines with the Merrell Air Cushion to give fantastic shock absorption and stability.  The Merrell Refuge Core Mid has a Vibram outsole making sure this shoe has the full package, providing all day comfort, support and durability.
